Defeat is Victory - health care measure pulled
In Ohio, petitioners just gave in to pressure and withdrew their ballot measure mandating paid sick leave for all Ohio workers. The Ohio House speaker (a Republican) responded with this:

The article states that Ohio would have been the first state to have such a law. I wonder why other states don't.
